Jolla De Aposentillo when complete will be a beautiful gated community located in Chinendega.
The master plan is now complete, and we are currently in the process of registering the lots.
Once the lots are registered, the infrastructure infusion will begin. The roads will be paved
with material in the style of Rancho Santana. We expect road construction to begin in mid to
late may. We also will be installing a well with all pumps and all necessary tubing and a
45,000 gallon holding tank in order to provide the community with water at American Standards.
The installation of electricity should be complete in October.
