Construction - Rancho Cecilia
On a 4.25 acre property off the chocolate we are halfway through the process of building a totally self-sufficient compound. The demands of the site require a well, off the grid power, and vehicular access to the public road. The caretaker home which is 600sqft will be done by the end of October. The main house is a 1400sqft rancho style home with a detached 2 car garage. The owners will have a view of Marsella bay from their patio, living room, dining room and bedroom. All the structures along with the well will be entirely powered by solar panels. The entire project from the clearing of the land until when the owners turn the key on their new home will be 7.5 months.
